Yes, I have joined the food box bandwagon. We are all so busy nowadays. I live in Atlanta and traffic is a beast. The last thing I want to do after sitting in traffic is stop and go grocery shopping so I thought I’d give this a try.
I don’t know if I have mentioned this before but I’m a Pescatarian (for the FIFTH time). This time, I’m going to do it. I will be 50 in November and I’ve got to do better by my body. So I did my research and saw they had a Vegetarian option. Even though I’m not hard core about eggs, milk and cheese, I still want to stick my toe in the vegan pool just to check it out and see how the food taste. I want to see the options I have outside of the normal way of eating. All of the food is organic so I decided to give them a try.
